HOW TO MAKE IT

In order to make chicken panini, you can make it your own way or can use your very own creative ideas like you can use leftover chicken in your refrigerator to simply marinate it and make panini sandwich or you can use different veggies or can add different sauces all up to your preference. 

On what you will be needing and what instructions you need to follow are mentioned below:

INGREDIENTS: 

5 Panini Breads (According to your preference)

150 grams of Mozerella Cheese

500 grams of Boneless Chicken

1 Tablespoon of Tomato puree

1 Onion

1 Bell Pepper

Tablespoon of Tomato Ketchup (chilli if you like it spicy)

Tablespoon of Mayonnaise (any other sauce if you want) 

MARINATION: 

1 Teaspoon of Cumin Powder

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Paste

1 Teaspoon of Chilli Sauce

1 Teaspoon of Paprika

1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce

1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon of Salt

DIRECTIONS: 

1.     First of all, cut up the boneless chicken into small bite-sized chunks on a board and then add it into a bowl with the other ingredients for marinating the chicken.

2.     Mix all the ingredients involving salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin powder, garlic paste, chilli sauce and soya sauce with the chicken and marinate properly.

3.    You can let it aside for some time or cook straight away the marinated chicken if short on time (according to your preference). But the longer it marinates, the better the taste you will get.

4.    Then, take a pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat until it gets hot and then add the mixture of marinated chicken in the pan for cooking.

5.    Cook the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes until the chicken changes its color and gets golden.

6.    Now while the chicken is cooking, cut the bell pepper and onion properly and add it into the pan with the chicken and cook it with chicken for more 4 to 5 minutes.

7.    After this, finely cut the tomato and add it with the tomato puree into the pan and cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes.

8.   Then, slice the panini breads in half and put ketchup and mayonnaise or any other sauce you like on it once the chicken is perfectly cooked. You can use chilli garlic sauce if you like it spicy or thousand sauce or bbq sauce.

9.    Now on the panini bread, add the cooked chicken along with all the cooked veggies.

10. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and the mixture.

11. Take a grill pan, add some olive oil in it and heat the pan.

12. Once the grill pan is hot, place the panini in the pan and grill it for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides of the panini until the panini gets hot and crispy.

13. Your hot and fresh panini will be ready.

14. Serve it in plate immediately along with french fries or nuggets or salad (your preference).

15. Taste it and enjoy!



NOTES: 

1: If you want more nutrition In it, you can add spinach.

2: There is no specific type of bread that you need to use. Bread can be used of any type. 

3: The longer you will set aside the chicken for marination, the better you will get but if you want to make it quickly, you can cook it after marination (taste will still be delicious).
